All sales are final. Due to hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for costumes, lingerie, or intimate items.

Refunds or replacements are only issued for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Buyers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers or customs.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
