Due to hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on costumes, lingerie, or intimate items. At this time, returns are not accepted for costumes, lingerie, or intimate apparel. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery before returning any items so we can review your request and provide further instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
